On 24 July 2015, Board member Gloria Kozich (3rd from the right) toured the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center with the "Concerned Fairfax Group" lead by Joanna Walker. The tour focused mainly the section for those with brain disorders.  Sheriff Kincaid spoke about future plans and current issues and toured with the group for 2 1/2 hours, along with Lt. Steve Elbert.  Charlene Bartlett of the Community Services Board (CSB) also presented a very informative talk.
