Governance

The Brain Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors under Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.  The Board of Directors includes one voting representative from each of the nine Laura's Houses.

The Board of Directors generally meets the fourth Thursday of each month at the Sully District Government Center, 4900 Stonecroft Boulevard, Chantilly, Virginia 20151. Meetings are open to the public.
